CSCS

The CSCS Green Card course is a 1 day course and is divided into several units:

1. Principles of risk assessment for maintaining and improving health and safety
2. Importance of safe manual handling in the workplace
3. Importance of working safely at height in the workplace 4. Risks to health within a construction environment
5. Importance of working around plant and equipment safety

Successful candidates will receive a Level 1 Award In Health and Safety in a Construction Environment (QCF) certificate.

The course is assessed by (1) multiple choice exam. 26/40 to pass.

Since the 1st of July 2014 to apply for the New CSCS Green Labourer Card candidates need to pass the New Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment Course, as well as pass the CITB Health and Safety and Environment Test before apply for the Card.
Anyone who wishes to work on a construction site as a Labourer or a Security Officer.
